We help our members but also challenge them to take control of their lives and show the world how vibrant they are. From job training and the assistance needed securing employment to basic life skills and family counseling, Employment Options is more than just an employment agency; we are a "Life" agency. We breathe life, dignity and respect back into the lives we touch and we create an environment where success is celebrated and goals are strongly encouraged. On any given day here at the Employment Options Clubhouse you can see people going to work, training for new challenges and roles, balancing their check book, learning how to cook and doing many other things all in an effort to gain control over their lives. With the help of many at Employment Options, lives have been saved, families have regained control and new careers and skills have blossomed. Many of the members have said that without the programs of Employment Options, they would be living a much different life or worse.
