Toni Wolf
Toni Wolf, Executive Director of Employment Options, will receive
an award from the United Way of Tri-County for her commitment to
improving the lives of people in the MetroWest community. The award
will be presented at the United Way 2nd Annual Women's Leadership
Fundraising Luncheon: Honoring Women of Vision, to be held
on Friday, February 18, 2005, at 11:30AM at the Wyndham Hotel, Westborough.
Options members and staff will accompany Toni Wolf as she receives
this award and celebrate her vision and dedication to this agency
and its people.
Toni
Wolf has led Employment Options for 15 years. Over the years, her
commitment to the agency and its members has been appreciated and
rewarded by members and the community in numerous ways. United Way
President and CPO Paul L. Mina said "Toni Wolf has been an
outstanding leader in our region for many years. Her commitment
to helping those in need is well known. The United Way of Tri-County
is honored to recognize her as a "woman of vision" for
2005."
United Way of Tri-County recently pledged $45,000 towards Employment
Options' capital campaign. "We have been funded in the past
by the United Way, and it has helped us further our services tremendously.
We hope to do the same with this pledge, and hope our relationship
with the United Way continues to grow." said Toni Wolf.
Boston-based, Anita Diamant, author and columnist, will be the
keynote speaker at this event. Other honorees will include Vera
Dias-Freitas, owner of Vera Jewelers, and a collective "Women
in Volunteer Leadership Award" will be presented to the eight
former presidents of Jewish Family Services of Metro West.
Options is actively seeking contributors like the United Way, to
help fund its services. Businesses, organizations, and individuals
are invited to sign on as a fiscal friend of Employment Options.
