Advocacy Services

Advocacy is an important role that our staff and member leaders play in the Options Clubhouse. Each member chooses a staff advocate working together as a team to develop the member's rehabilitation plan/goals. At Employment Options we call this plan "the road map to self-recovery". The plan details measurable landmarks (steps) which the members track on a regular basis to see where they are in their "journey" to healthier living. The staff will advocate for the member at all meetings, assist members in acquiring certain benefits, housing, employment, education, etc.
