Advocacy Services

Members find support from knowledgeable staff who guide them through difficult situations and encourage them to explore new opportunities. Advocacy is the most important role our staff plays in the Options Clubhouse. Each member chooses a staff advocate working together as a team to develop the member's rehabilitation plan/goals. At Employment Options we call this plan "the road map to self-recovery". The plan details measurable landmarks (steps) which the members track on a regular basis to see where they are in their "journey" to healthier living.

The staff advocate will advocate for the member at all meetings, assist members in acquiring entitlements, housing, employment, education, etc.
